ABOUT EIKON 3D
Eikon 3D, Inc is a company that specializes in the property industry. We create Architectural 3D renderings to aid in the marketing of a future building project. Eikon 3D does not create a design for you. Instead, we take a project that is in its final stages of design, and create a three dimensional model.
With this three dimensional model, cameras and materials are applied to make the 3D model look realistic. This three dimensional model can help clients decide on final colors and aid in the visualization of the end product. Eikon 3d works directly with the Designer/ Client to get all the drawings and materials needed. Our 3D renderings are highly detailed drawings showing all aspects of a proposed project in realistic form.
WHAT IS A 3D RENDERING?
3D architectural renderings are a form of computer generated artwork. A 3D artist creates a 3D building, adds paint and materials to it and then a 3D light to create the effect. The viewpoint that the 3D artist creates is from a 3D camera, which can be moved to adjust the scene. When the scene looks right the 3D artists "renders" the scene, which could take minutes to hours of computer time.
High quality jpeg images are then provided, showing all aspects of the building. The number of images is unknown because of the fact that it is a 3D Rendering. Eikon 3D will create as many jpeg images as needed to show the details of your project.
ARCHITECTURAL 3D RENDERING PROCESS
A 3D Rendering is a highly detailed drawing showing all aspects of a proposed project in a realistic form. A 3D Rendering takes time to create and requires a lot of information to get started. The project needs to be at the end stages of the design process. Eikon 3D do not create a design for you; we create a model of your design in 3D form.
We price our renderings differently, in that we don't actually price renderings as you would normally expect. We price by the scene, not the image. Every project is different, so we must evaluate the project before we can give you a price.
